Why lift always breakdown in USJ1 Resident ; lift access intermittent block and unable to solve but need call security to assist ; hot line majority foreigner can not speak malay, english or chinese, when get help from management always 1st ask " have you pay your bill" ; lip service without checks the fact from management office (MO) team , and head of MO will hang off call when communicated with her and need help !?
